Our Success Is Measured By The Success Of Our Clients

Kevin B. Harris

Senior Partner, Chief Litigator (Criminal Division)

Kevin is the Senior Partner and Chief Litigator of the Harris & Winger, P.C. Criminal Division. He has aggressively handled all types of criminal cases, ranging from simple traffic offenses to complex murder cases and everything in between. Throughout his career, Kevin has handled over 2,500 DUI cases, and vigorously defended each of his clients' rights.

Kevin was born in Mesa, Arizona. One of eight children, he graduated from Westwood High School in 1984. A passion for criminal defense led Kevin to earn a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in History from Northern Arizona University (the "Harvard of Flagstaff").

After traveling the world, Kevin then earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and began his career serving as a Deputy Public Defender in Yuma, Arizona. In this position, Kevin was challenged to defend many clients against a wide variety of criminal charges. Kevin voraciously rose to the challenge, and has done so ever since. Kevin joined the Kirkpatrick Law Office in November 1999, ran for US Congress in the year 2000, and in July 2001, he was made a partner of Kirkpatrick & Harris, P.C.

Kevin’s tenacious attitude and proclivity for aggressive competition have made him an excellent trial attorney. However, Kevin’s understanding of people and his innate skills in negotiation have led to numerous triumphantly settled cases. Kevin is a firm believer that his success is dependent upon the success of his clients, and Kevin will always fight for that success.
